About Andeza Energy

An energy infrastructure company with headquarters in Houston and operating teams in Monterrey, Lima and São Paulo.

Our story

Andeza Energy was founded in Houston in 2019 by a team of project developers and infrastructure investors with long experience in Latin American power markets. Our first projects were utility-scale solar plants in northern Mexico, where industrial demand was growing faster than new supply.

In 2021 we opened an office in Lima to serve mining operations in southern Peru, and in 2023 we entered Brazil with solar and storage projects in the Northeast. Each country business grew with its own team and, for several years, its own name.

In 2026 we brought all operations together under one brand. Andeza takes its name from the Andes, the mountain range that runs through the region we serve and is often called the backbone of South America.

Vision

A Latin America where clean, reliable energy is the foundation every industry and community can build on.

Mission

We develop, build and operate the energy infrastructure Latin America needs to grow, combining U.S. capital discipline with deep local expertise in every market we serve.

Values

Built to last
We design every asset for decades of operation, not for the inauguration.
Local by design
Our teams in each country make the decisions closest to the project.
Safety without exception
No schedule or budget justifies putting people at risk.
Clear numbers
We report to partners, communities and investors with the same transparency.
